Following the Government’s latest advice with regards to protecting against Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to assure you that the insurers we partner with to provide your cover are still there to support you, however they do have a reduced telephony service and are dealing with a higher number of calls than usual. So they can prioritise customers in the most vulnerable situations we'd ask you to only call where your enquiry is urgent. If you are concerned about paying for your policy as a result of COVID-19 or you have any urgent queries regarding your insurance policy, please contact the organisation that provides your cover, details of which can be found in your policy documents and on our contact us page.
In addition to the information above, we would like to advise you that you may experience a longer wait time if you do need to call us.
